Below you’ll find a list of frequently asked questions. These questions are usually asked just before a customer purchases one of our products.

1. How do i make an order?

Keepsakes are available to purchase on the 1st of every month.

2. What clothing can be used?

Most materials can be used to make your special keepsake, in my experience i find the best materials to use are: Jersey, Cotton, Linen, cord and Knitwear. Materials such as denim and leather wouldn’t be recommended. If you have any materials you are concerned or unsure about please contact me before sending and I will be happy to assist.

3. How many items are needed for each keepsake?

The keepsake memory bear requires 1-4 items of adult clothing (depending on desired look)

The Keepsake babygrow bear requires 7-8 items of baby grows or baby clothing, if very small newborn or premature i would recommend 9-10 items of clothing.

The keepsake elephant requires 1-3 items of adult clothing and 6-7 items of baby clothing, again very small baby clothing would require 8-9 items.

The weighted keepsake bunny and bear both require 7-8 items of baby grows or baby clothing, again if newborn sizing more items are needed.

The patchwork cushions require 1-3 items of adult clothing (or more depending on desired look) and 7-8 items of baby clothing.

4. Can keepsakes be personalised?

Yes, all of the keepsakes i offer come with the option to add personalisation, this is included in the cost of the keepsake.

5. How many letters can you fit on each foot pad?

I can fit up to 8 letters on each line and up to 3 lines on each foot pad.

6. Is there a limit to the amount of keepsakes that can be purchased at one time?

There is no limit to how many keepsakes you can order at one time. However depending on the number of items purchased the turn around time frame may be extended. If this was the case you would be contacted after your purchase with a new waiting time.

7. How long do the keepsakes take to be made?

The turn around time is 6-8 weeks, this time is provided as i feel it is important to pay extra detail to each keepsake, i will never rush making any of my creations.

However you may receive your item sooner than this time frame.

8. Will i get charged taxes upon receiving my order?

I am based in the UK, so if you live in another country you may be charged taxes and duties where tax is payable upon receipt. You are responsible for paying the relevant duty on the item and this is NOT included in the final price. All custom fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Can accessories be added to the keepsakes?

Yes, if provided accessories such as bows, tutus and cardigans can be added to the keepsake. These should be sent with the clothing.
