  2. Enter your delivery details and email address. Klarna is not available if you check out using only a phone number.

Production and Delivery

Our keepsakes are handmade and personalised. Orders are dispatched as soon as they are completed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Delivery estimates and available shipping options are provided in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Personalised products may be exempt from the usual change-of-mind cancellation rights under UK consumer law. However, your statutory rights remain protected if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
